Do you have any contracts?
Cancel anytime, we ask that you give us a one week notice. Your credit or debit card account will be credited for any unused service.
Do you work in bad weather ?
We do not work during the Winter months November - February
We might be forced to postpone service until the next week due to heavy rain, severe flooding, extreme heat or heavy frost. We will send you out an email letting you know we were not able to service your yard.
Weekly Service Customers
We ask that your gate be accessible.
We ask that DOGS be left indoors on the scheduled service day.
We ask that you give us a one week notice if you are going on vacation or cancelling.
If we cannot access your yard on the scheduled service day we charge a $25 service fee.
Is your service guaranteed?
Yes, absolutely. Rest assured that your satisfaction in our service is 100% guaranteed. If you are ever dissatisfied with the quality of your service for any reason, just give us a call and we will send our technicians out to re-clean your yard.
