Will you be able to access my yard if I have a locked gate?
Yes. Most clients provide us with a gate code, leave the gate unlocked on service days, or give us access through a side entrance. We can discuss the best solution for your property during your initial consultation. Your security and convenience are both important to us.
What about yards with invisible fences or underground systems?
Invisible fencing systems don't affect our service at all. Our technicians can safely work in your yard while your dog remains securely contained. Just let us know about any underground utilities or irrigation systems so we can be mindful while working.
Do you service yards with gardens or delicate landscaping?
Definitely. We're very careful around flower beds, vegetable gardens, and landscaped areas. Our team is trained to work efficiently while respecting your property. If you have specific areas you'd like us to avoid or be extra cautious around, just point them out.
Is your team insured in case of accidental property damage?

Pricing depends on a few key factors: the number of dogs you have and how frequently you'd like service. We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing with no hidden fees or surprise charges. Are there any contracts or long-term commitments required?
We don't believe in locking clients into lengthy contracts. Our service is subscription-based, meaning you can adjust or cancel with reasonable notice. We earn your business through quality service, not contractual obligations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard and Visa, e-transfer, and can set up automatic billing for your convenience. Regular clients typically use our automated payment system, which means one less thing to remember each month.
Do you charge extra for multiple dogs?
Yes, our pricing is based on the number of dogs you have, since yards with multiple dogs require more time and attention. We have simple pricing tiers: 1 dog, 2-3 dogs, or 4+ dogs. We provide fair, transparent quotes upfront so there are no surprise charges—you'll know exactly what you're paying from the start.

Do you provide service year-round in Edmonton?
