What should I expect on my service day?
Communication and convenience are our
priorities! You'll receive a reminder the day before your scheduled service, followed by
a 2-hour heads-up before we arrive. Our technician will show up within your designated time window and get straight to work. When we're finished, we'll secure your gate and send you a text confirmation that the pickup is complete. Many clients never even know we've been there until they step outside to enjoy a spotless yard! We want you to have complete peace of mind knowing your yard has been professionally cleaned.
How often should I schedule a dog waste removal service?
Most of our clients find that weekly visits work perfectly for their yards. However, we're happy to customize a schedule based on your dog's size, how many pets you have, and how frequently you use your outdoor space.

dispose of it properly. We also do a quick visual check of your yard to ensure we

Do I need to be home when you come?
Not at all! Most of our clients aren't home
during their scheduled service, and that's completely fine. We can access your yard
through a gate or side entrance while you're at work or running errands. Just make
sure your pet is safely inside the house, let us know the best way to access your
backyard, and we'll take care of the rest. It's that simple!
How do you handle waste disposal?
We bring all necessary supplies and equipment to every visit, so there's nothing for you to provide. All waste is collected, secured with our compostable bags, and removed from your property immediately—we take your pet's waste with us when we leave. We follow all local Edmonton waste disposal regulations to ensure environmentally responsible handling, so you can feel good about choosing a service that cares about our community.
What if my dog is territorial or protective?
We work with dogs of all temperaments! Many protective dogs are perfectly fine once they see us regularly and get used to our presence. For everyone's safety and comfort, we do ask that you keep your pet inside while our team is working in your yard. This allows us to work efficiently and ensures your dog stays relaxed and secure indoors.
